If we experience a high volume of orders or a delay due to stock availability, we’ll notify you via email immediately.
2. Shipping Within the UAE
We offer nationwide delivery across the UAE through trusted courier partners.

We ship selected products internationally.

4. Order Tracking

5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier will attempt delivery up to two times.
If the delivery fails both times, the package may be returned to our warehouse.
Re-delivery will require an additional shipping fee.

While rare, delivery delays or lost shipments can occur due to logistics or customs issues.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame:
